Here it is, the result of my summer thus far. After a week of hardcore shooting, a week in Kansas City, then a week of hardcore editing, this is what I have. We all invested so much time to this movie, and hopefully it shows. Every shot in this movie was it's own little work of art, we really went all out to make this look the best it could. Hopefully it shows. While it's not as funny and silly as The Billy Goat Caller, it's definitely got more of a story and a theme, while keeping with its own kind of humor as well. Almost a year ago, Seth and I found the game and he though it'd be funny to make a Fight Club-ish, Matrix-ish movie. It was going to be a skit, then I thought of the whole "greatness" plot. Everyone involved devoted a looooot of their time and effort to shoot a movie in the blazing summer heat...not a fun thing to do wearing a suit. Enjoy the second short film from DFear Studios!! |
