So what's next?

Now that the hefty dookie of Die Now or Live Forever has been properly dumped, what's next for the coarse, chafed anus of DFear Studios? (...sorry for that.)

I dunno, guys...Spider-Powers 3 is looking more and more unlikely. Just the amount of time that needs to go into an animation is ridiculous, even for one that's not animated that well. (Thanks, South Park.) Last years one was 15 minutes long. 15 minutes of 18-frame-per-second animation. That means for every second, I animated 18 frames. Do the math. 15 minutes is a lot of frames. And for a movie that's mainly people singing and talking, it takes a while. Lip synching has gotten lightyears easier over the years, I've found some great methods, but it still just takes a lot of time. So don't get me wrong, making the Spider-Powers movies isn't hard...they just take TIME. I don't have that kind of time the next two months. Don't worry, I'm not giving up yet, I'm going to see if I can find a way to condense the story into a shorter time. Trust me, guys, if I don't get to make one, no one will be as bummed out as me.

So, what if I don't do Spider-Powers? Well...I have this idea. Imagine a guy who loves Christmas. Imagine the movie opening with this guy singing and dancing to a huge musical number about why he loves Christmas. Imagine that Christmas time is the best time of the year for him, the happiest time, the time where he feels truly beaming. Now imagine one year, his life goes straight to hell around Christmas time. Say hello to DFear Studios' Not-Quite-a-Short-Film Christmas Special. This is something that could be shot DURING THE DAY (Die Now can suckit) on the weekends...that's the kind of time we have to offer. And considering this would probably only be around 10-15 minutes long, I don't see it taking too long to make.

Again, this is all up in the air, dawgs. I don't know for sure what's on the horizon, so until I solidify all these ideas, just bear with me.
