THIS IS ONE HOT UPDATE

Now that Lazer 3 is done. What's next for me?

It's looking heavily like Wolf: Suburban Superhero isn't going to happen. Trust me, I'm upset about this too, considering I wanted to do the mini-series last year and that didn't happen either. Honestly, guys, it's just cause I feel like I've been sorta...working through my summer. Not wasting it, just not relaxing. I love making movies and stuff, guys, but...all of June was Kenny, all of July was Lazer...I didn't wanna spend all of August on Wolf! Especially since it will most definitely be the hardest thing I ever do. It's just full of lots of action, lots of casting decisions, and lots of night-time stuff. (Which brings about a whole set of it's own problems.) However...there is now a...

Untitled Halloween Project. Lots of ideas floating around my head, but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna wind up going with something that is mildly suspenseful. I'm all for having my characters aware of their situations, (which can lead to sometimes-comedic reactions) however, I'd love to really go for a scary little story. I have an idea, but I won't spoil it yet, seeing as it's not 100% decided.

I get a whole lot of questions about The Devil and Daniel Webster. And for that, I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is it's going to live...the bad news is, not in the fashion you might hope for. I'm going to be a senior, and at my school, the senior Performing Arts class does a senior film. It's not 100% that my screenplay will get picked, but I haven't heard much from anyone else who's willing to put in the effort to really write a good story. I've taken TDADW's story and applied it to a highschool setting. (Now titled: The Devil and Danny Webster.) The movie would be live action, not a musical, but still a comedy. It's all about the story and the characters, and I'm working hard on both. I'm about 20 pages deep, and it's shaping up to be pretty good. So in June of next year, this thing should be hitting a YouTube near you.

As for The Billy Goat Caller 2, I love where it's going. The screenplay isn't completely done yet, but the story is mapped out, and I love it. Again, there's time traveled involved, so be prepared to see what you know about the story turned on it's head. When I say things get switched up...I mean they really get switched up. I was PLANNING on doing this around the same time the senior film would be shooting...which is a bad idea. So I'm not making promises, but I'm gonna try to have this sucker out by Spring of 2010.

In the skits department, there's a lot coming your way. We're really trying to step up our game now, and hopefully our comedy takes a turn for the better. Expect a new skit in the next week or so.

There are two new Kenny Bassender shirts in my cafepress store, so you should check them out. Seth is coming over tomorrow and we're planning to make an advertisement for them. I'm proud of how they turned out.

As for my CD, it's still being finished up. There's songs that are now outdated and need to be re-done, songs that I realized I didn't like, and songs I still need to finish recording. This will probably be my main focus for the rest of the summer, considering I can do it leisurely without a deadline. Once they're all done and everythings tight, I'll announce all the rules for the Album Art Contest along with a music video for one of the songs. Keep an eye out for that before the summer's over. It'll feature songs I know you've all been really jonesin' to get. The Wolf Theme being one of them.

Alright, alright, alright. I know you're thinking it. The Lazer Collection 4. -Siiiighhhhh- Someday, guys. Someday.

Soooo0o0o0o0o that's about it. Keep sending around Lazer 3, the response to it was awesome, and I'm truly grateful for all the awards and views it's been pulling in the past week. I really have some great fans! :) Thanks again, and just try to bear with me!
